Lawyer, member of the Bar Association of Salamanca (Spain) since 2001 and of the Bar Association of Rome since 2001.
Graduated from the Law School of the University of Salamanca (Spain) in 1994 (J.D.).
Ph.D. in Civil Law from the Law School of the University of Salamanca (Spain) in 2002.
Natalia del Olmo Guarido’s practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on international contracts. She assists Italian and foreign companies and export credit insurance companies in civil and commercial matters both in out of court and litigation proceedings. She developed an extensive experience in the internationalization of Italian companies and the establishment in Italy of foreign companies.
She lectures at seminars and conferences in Spain and in various cities of China on issues related to international trade and the main aspects of the Italian civil procedure.
She has been a member of Studio Legale Tosato since 2004.
She teaches in several master programs both in Italy and Spain.
