Giulio Ippolito’s practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisition, international contracts, pharmaceutical law, food and drug, competition law and tourism law. He assists and represents Italian and foreign companies both in out of court proceedings and litigation proceedings.
He has been a member of Studio Legale Tosato since its foundation in 1980.
